The heating roller of the traditional automatic embossing machine is heated by the heating device, and generates a large amount of heat during production. Due to the lack of a good cooling device, the heat cannot be properly treated, which may easily lead to a series of serious consequences, such as most of the heat passing through. The axis of the heating roller is transmitted from the high temperature portion to the low temperature portion, and is gradually distributed to other parts of the automatic embossing machine, thereby causing the temperature of the main machine to rise, which affects the normal operation of the heating roller. In addition, the dissipation of heat is also a waste of energy for the entire production process, because as the heat is dissipated, the temperature of the heating roller is lowered, and the heating device heats the heating roller again, thus causing more energy consumption. Improved structure

The improved automatic embossing machine heating roller cooling device comprises: a collar device disposed at an opposite end of the heating roller and a temperature control device connected to the collar device.

The structural schematic and sectional views of the collar device are shown in Figures 1 and 2, respectively. As can be seen from the figure, the collar device mainly comprises an inner sleeve, a main sleeve body, a shaft joint portion, a left/right thread, a water flow passage and a guide head. The main sleeve body is sleeved with the opposite end shaft of the heating roller, and the inner sleeve is disposed between the heating roller and the main sleeve body. A tubular shaft joint is arranged at a joint between the main sleeve and the inner sleeve, and left and right threads are respectively arranged in the synchronous spiral of the inner surface of the shaft joint to form two sections of water passages, and the left thread and the right thread are adjacent to the heating roller. One end is connected to each other, and the two sections of the water passage are closed here to form a complete flow passage. The inner sleeve functions to close the left and right threads away from the open side of one end of the heating roller, and here respectively opens a first guiding head and a second guiding head, the two guiding heads being respectively in communication with the left and right threads. The first guiding head and the second guiding head can be externally connected to the temperature control device through the water pipe. Thereby, a water circulation can be formed inside the collar device.

The temperature control device is a water cooling device, including a water delivery head, a water return head, a water inlet head and a water outlet head. The water delivery head and the water return head are connected to the main sleeve body, wherein the water delivery head is divided into two branches, which are respectively connected with the first guiding head of one side main sleeve body and the second guiding head of the other side main sleeve body; It is also divided into two branches, which are respectively connected to the second guiding head of one main sleeve and the first guiding head of the other main sleeve. Thereby, the water flow in the collar device can enter the temperature control device through the water delivery head and the water return head, and participate in the water circulation process in the temperature control device. The water inlet enters the external water into the temperature control device, and the water outlet outputs the water recovered by the temperature control device.

After the automatic embossing machine is turned on, the cooling device starts to operate, and the inside of the collar device and the temperature control device pass water, and the water circulation takes away the heat of the heating roller to achieve the cooling effect.
